From there we go into an in-depth assessment and long term strategic planning session where you decide what is most critical for us to improve within your operation.  During this session we set both short term and long term goals that we can achieve in the current policy period as well as years to come. 

By prioritizing these goals we can systematically approach the completion of each and measure our results in creating the best value for each customer.
